Common use of Communications with Employees Clause in Contracts

Communications with Employees. Absent prior approval from their supervisors, employees who wish to discuss a matter with a Union officer or xxxxxxx in a manner that will require more than de minimis time away from work are expected to do so during break time, a meal period, or outside of work hours. Union officers and stewards are expected to remind employees of this obligation.
