Visits by Association Representatives. The Association will provide the Agency with a list of those Association staff members designated as authorized representatives. The representative, after advising the Personnel Office, the appropriate Nursing Service Office, or Xxxxxxxxx Cottage on-site management, as appropriate, shall have reasonable access to the premises of the Agency at any time during working hours to conduct Association business and to assist in the processing of grievances under the terms of this Agreement. Such visits are not to interfere with the normal flow of work.
Visits by Association Representatives. Any representative of the Association shall give notice to the department head or his/her designated representative when entering departmental facilities. The representative shall be allowed reasonable contact with employees on County facilities provided such contact does not interfere with the employees' work. Solicitation for membership or other internal employee organization business shall not be conducted during work time. Pre-arrangement for routine contact may be made on an annual basis.
Visits by Association Representatives. The Association will provide the Employer with a list of those ONA staff members designated as authorized representatives. The representative, after advising the appropriate Human Resources Director or designee, or the Chief Nurse Executive or designee, shall have reasonable access to the premises of the Employer at any time during working hours to conduct Association business and to assist in the processing of grievances under the terms of this Agreement. Such visits are not to interfere with the normal flow of work, including the delivery of patient care. The parties have entered into a Letter of Agreement regarding this provision.
Visits by Association Representatives. The County agrees that accredited 24 representatives of the Oregon Nurses Association, upon reasonable and proper 25 introduction, shall have reasonable access to the premises of the County at any time 26 during working hours to conduct Association business. The Association agrees that 27 such visits will cause no disruptions or interruptions of work. The County will make a 28 meeting area available with prior notice.
Visits by Association Representatives. The University agrees that Association Representatives who are not NTT faculty members of the University shall have full and free access during working hours to visit or inspect a work area, investigate grievances, and/or meet with University representatives, provided their presence does not interfere with efficient operations of the University. On such occasions the Director, Labor Relations or designee shall, as a courtesy, be notified of the presence of an Association Representative who is not a campus NTT faculty member either upon his/her arrival at the campus or by telephone in advance of arrival. The name of the Association Representative and any Association officer conducting official business shall be provided to the Director, Labor Relations or designee.
Visits by Association Representatives. The City agrees that authorized Association representatives, who are currently certified in writing with the City, and who have obtained approval of the City Manager or the Chief of Police, may have reasonable access to City premises during working hours for assisting in the administration of this Agreement or conducting official Association business.
Visits by Association Representatives. The City agrees that accredited representatives of the Association, upon reasonable and proper introduction, may have reasonable access to the premises of the City at any time during working hours for the purpose of assisting in the administration of this Agreement, if they first obtain permission to do so from the Police Chief or their designated representative. In no case will such access be unreasonably denied.
Visits by Association Representatives. The County agrees that accredited Association 32 representatives shall have reasonable access to the premises of the County at any time during 33 working hours to conduct Association business. Every reasonable effort will be made by the 34 Association representative to ensure that such visits cause no disruptions of work.
Visits by Association Representatives. The employer agrees that accredited representatives of the Association, State, County, District or International Representatives, shall have full and free access to the premises of the employer at any time during working hours, to conduct union business pertinent to the facility upon notifying the Chief of the Department. The understanding being that in no way will emergency service be disrupted.
Visits by Association Representatives. 6 The County agrees that accredited representatives of the Oregon 7 Nurses Association, upon advance notice to the Department of Human Resources 8 Manager and with reasonable and proper introduction at the job site, shall have 9 access to the premises of the County at any time during working hours to conduct 10 Association business. The Association agrees that such visits will cause no 11 disruptions or interruptions of work. The County will make a meeting area available 12 with prior notice.
