Visits by Association Representatives. Any representative of the Association shall give notice to the department head or his/her designated representative when entering departmental facilities. The representative shall be allowed reasonable contact with employees on County facilities provided such contact does not interfere with the employees' work. Solicitation for membership or other internal employee organization business shall not be conducted during work time. Pre-arrangement for routine contact may be made on an annual basis.

Visits by Association Representatives. The Association will provide the Agency with a list of those Association staff members designated as authorized representatives. The representative, after advising the Personnel Office, the appropriate Nursing Service Office, or Xxxxxxxxx Cottage on-site management, as appropriate, shall have reasonable access to the premises of the Agency at any time during working hours to conduct Association business and to assist in the processing of grievances under the terms of this Agreement. Such visits are not to interfere with the normal flow of work.
Visits by Association Representatives. The Association will provide the Employer with a list of those ONA staff members designated as authorized representatives. The representative, after advising the appropriate Human Resources Director or designee, or the Chief Nurse Executive or designee, shall have reasonable access to the premises of the Employer at any time during working hours to conduct Association business and to assist in the processing of grievances under the terms of this Agreement. Such visits are not to interfere with the normal flow of work, including the delivery of patient care. The parties have entered into a Letter of Agreement regarding this provision.

Visits by Association Representatives. The University agrees that Association Representatives who are not NTT faculty members of the University shall have full and free access during working hours to visit or inspect a work area, investigate grievances, and/or meet with University representatives, provided their presence does not interfere with efficient operations of the University.
