Common use of Communications with Employees Clause in Contracts

Communications with Employees. ‌ Representatives of the BCEA may communicate with individual employees during the individual employee's work breaks or lunch period. The conduct of such business shall be such as not to interfere with the individual employee's contractual duties. The BCEA representative must check in with the employee's immediate Supervisor or Building Principal upon entering the building in order to identify himself and to make arrangements to communicate with a particular employee. If such representative(s) is an employee of the BOARD on duty time, then liaison days as described in Section 5.07 below shall be used.
