Common use of Community Health Workers Clause in Contracts

Community Health Workers. In the posting of a vacancy or new job, the days of work and period of availability of a position may be subject to change provided that: (1) the change is consistent with operational requirements and the provisions of the Collective Agreement, and is not capricious, arbitrary, discriminatory or in bad faith; and (2) the Employer has inquired into, and given prior due consideration to, the importance placed by the affected employee(s) on the existing days of work and period of availability and the impact the change will have on the personal circumstances of such employee(s).
