Common use of Community Nurse Allowance Clause in Contracts

Community Nurse Allowance. 10.3.1 In recognition of the special demands associated with providing palliative care in the community, registered nurses will be paid an allowance of $10.00 per shift. Where nurses are rostered to work in the community and the in-patient unit the allowance shall only be payable for the community shifts.
