Community Outreach Worker. This classification shall work a, mutually agreed upon schedule consisting of seventy-two (72) hours in a nine day period (Monday to Friday). The regular rest days shall be Saturday and Sunday and one day off in the two week period. Hours worked in excess of the seventy two (72) hours shall be banked as time off in lieu at straight time. Such time shall be taken at a mutually agreed time between the worker and the Executive Director.
