(2) The LHA shall submit to HUD an Affirmative Fair Housing Marketing Plan and shall otherwise comply with the provisions of the Affirmative Fair Housing Marketing Regulations, 24 CFR part 200, subpart M, as if the LHA were an applicant for participation in an FHA housing program. This Plan shall be submitted with the develop- ment program, and no development program may be approved without prior approval of the Plan pursuant to HUD procedures under said Affirmative Fair Housing Marketing Regulations. If the development program has been approved, but the Annual Contribu- tions Contract has not been executed, prior to the effective date of this sub- part, an Affirmative Fair Housing Mar- keting Plan must be approved prior to execution of said contract.

  • Community Participation Goods and works required for Part A of the Project shall be procured in accordance with procedures acceptable to the Association.

  • Equity Participation On the Closing Date, subject to the terms and conditions hereof and on the basis of the representations and warranties set forth herein, the Owner Participant agrees to participate in the payment of the Total Equipment Cost for the Units delivered on the Closing Date by making an equity investment in the beneficial ownership of such Units in the amount equal to the product of the Total Equipment Cost for such Units delivered on the Closing Date and the percentage set forth opposite the Owner Participant's name in Schedule 2 (the "Owner Participant's Commitment"). The aggregate amount of the Owner Participant's Commitment plus the aggregate amount of Transaction Costs payable by the Owner Participant shall not exceed the sum of (x) the Owner Participant's Commitment and (y) 2% of the Total Equipment Cost. The Owner Participant's Commitment shall be paid to the Indenture Trustee to be held (but not as part of the Indenture Estate) and applied on behalf of the Owner Trustee toward payment of the Total Equipment Cost as provided in Section 2.3.

  • Committee Participation 9.01 Except as otherwise provided in this Collective Agreement, an Employee (or the Employee’s alternate) who is a member and attends meetings of a committee established by the Employer, shall be paid at the Employee’s Basic Rate of Pay for attendance at such meetings. Such participation shall be voluntary.

  • Joint Participation The parties hereto participated jointly in the negotiation and preparation of this Release, and each party has had the opportunity to obtain the advice of legal counsel and to review and comment upon the Release. Accordingly, it is agreed that no rule of construction shall apply against any party or in favor of any party.   • JOINT LABOR MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE The parties agree that they will continue the Joint Labor-Management Committee to discuss matters of mutual interest relating to the employees covered by this Agreement. Topics for the Joint Labor-Management Committee may include, but are not limited to, Professional Development, Incentive Pay, etc. The Committee shall meet quarterly or as mutually agreed by the co-chairs. The President of CWA or designee and the Director of Human Resources or designee shall serve as co-chairs.

  • No Equity Participation No document relating to the Mortgage Loan provides for any contingent or additional interest in the form of participation in the cash flow of the Mortgaged Property or a sharing in the appreciation of the value of the Mortgaged Property. The indebtedness evidenced by the Mortgage Note is not convertible to an ownership interest in the Mortgaged Property or the Mortgagor and Seller has not financed nor does it own directly or indirectly, any equity of any form in the Mortgaged Property or the Mortgagor.

  • General Partner Participation The General Partner agrees that all business activities of the General Partner, including activities pertaining to the acquisition, development or ownership of any Asset shall be conducted through the Partnership or one or more Subsidiary Partnerships; provided, however, that the General Partner is allowed to make a direct acquisition, but if and only if, such acquisition is made in connection with the issuance of Additional Securities, which direct acquisition and issuance have been approved and determined to be in the best interests of the General Partner and the Partnership by a majority of the Independent Directors.

  • JOINT LABOUR MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE A Joint Labour Management Committee shall be established to attend to those matters which are of mutual interest. To ensure its effectiveness the Committee shall be separate and apart from the grievance procedure.

  • Program Participation By participating in the CRF Program, Grantee agrees to: a. Not increase any Eligible Household’s rent through January 2021; b. Waive all costs, fees and charges incurred by Eligible Households as a result of non- payment or partial payment of rent during the impacted months; c. Not consider non-payment or partial payment by Eligible Households during impacted months when considering renewal of an Eligible Household’s lease, or, share this information with other rental properties, credit bureaus and tenant screening companies; d. Not initiate new Eligible Household evictions for non-payment of rent and must suspend all pending evictions of Eligible Households for nonpayment of rent for the duration of the rental payment assistance; e. Not issue a notice to vacate to Eligible Households for nonpayment of rent until the end of the Eviction Relief Period; and f. Not require Eligible Households to vacate the unit until 30 days after such notice.
