The Licensee shall maintain at a minimum a full-time (40 hours per week) program director who will coordinate community programming and be responsible for community outreach in IpswichBrewster, NewburyEastham, NewburyportOrleans, Xxxxxx Provincetown, Truro and West Newbury Wellfleet and conduct training workshops in video production. In addition, the Licensee shall maintain an additional part-time (20 hours per week) person to assist the program director.
