Community Service Courses. A. Courses to be Offered: Courses to be offered are those non- credit/non-graded self-support courses and activities which are conducted by the SCCD system for members of the community not directly related to the fulfillment of requirements for a state approved degree, state approved certificate or state approved diploma. Courses to be excluded from this program are those coded by institutional intent as 11, 21, 22 and 23, i.e., Academic Transfer, Academic Basic Education, Academic General Education, Occupational Preparatory, Occupational Supplementary, Non- Wage Earning Occupational, and Intensive English Programs (see Appendix H).

Community Service Courses a. Courses To Be Offered: Courses to be offered are limited to community service/leisure time courses, defined as those courses and activities which are conducted by the SCCD system for members of the community to provide recreation, information, or instruction in cultural or avocational areas not directly related to vocational goals or the fulfillment of requirements for a degree, certificate or diploma. Community service courses and activities do not result in credits earned. Courses to be excluded from this program are those coded by institutional intent as 11, 21, 22 and 23, i.e., Academic Transfer, Academic Basic Education, Academic General Education, Occupational Preparatory, Occupational Supplementary, Non-Wage Earning Occupational, and Intensive English Programs (see Appendix H).

  • Community Outreach Please describe all community outreach efforts undertaken since the last report.

  • Community Involvement The Grantee will facilitate and convene a Community Task Force as one means of developing collaboration among the Grantee, affected residents, and the broader community. The Grantee also will provide information to keep the Community Task Force fully apprised of the planning and implementation of revitalization efforts. The Community Task Force shall be comprised of affected public housing residents, local government officials, service providers, community groups, and others. The Community Task Force will provide advice, counsel and recommendations to the Grantee on all aspects of the HOPE VI development process, including shaping the goals and outcome of the Community and Supportive Services Plan. Community Task Force participants also will disseminate information throughout the community about the Grantee's revitalization efforts. The Grantee's responsibilities with regard to the Community Task Force include:

  • Hospitality Service Sprint shall provide all blocking, screening, and all other applicable functions available for hospitality lines under tariff.

  • Infertility Services This plan covers the following services, in accordance with R.I. General Law §27-20-20. • Services for the diagnosis and treatment of infertility if you are:

  • Community Based Adult Intensive Service (AIS) and Child and Family Intensive Treatment (CFIT) – AIS/CFIT programs offer services primarily based in the home and community for qualifying adults and children with moderate- to-severe mental health conditions. These programs consist at a minimum of ongoing emergency/crisis evaluations, psychiatric assessment, medication evaluation and management, case management, psychiatric nursing services, and individual, group, and family therapy. In a Provider’s Office/In Your Home This plan covers individual psychotherapy, group psychotherapy, and family therapy when rendered by: • Psychiatrists; • Licensed Clinical Psychologists; • Licensed Independent Clinical Social Workers; • Advance Practice Registered Nurses (Clinical Nurse Specialists/Nurse Practitioners- Behavioral Health); • Licensed Mental Health Counselors; and • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists. Psychological Testing This plan covers psychological testing as a behavioral health benefit when rendered by: • neuropsychologists; • psychologists; or • pediatric neurodevelopmental specialists. This plan covers neuropsychological testing as described in the Tests, Labs and Imaging section.

  • Citizen Volunteer or Community Service Leave Leave without pay may be granted for community volunteerism or service.
