The Parties agree that in the event of a conflict between the Companion Guide and the terms of this Agreement, the conflicting terms shall be construed to be consistent to the extent reasonably possible; if it is not reasonably possible to construe such conflicting terms consistently, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail.
