Medicaid Requirements. The Contractor must distribute their products on the open market through authorized, qualified hearing aid dispensers. In order to ensure Medicaid payments are consistent with efficiency, economy, and quality of care pursuant to Title XIX § 1902(a)(30) of the Social Security Act and the Federal requirement for free choice of providers under 42 CFR § 431.51, contracted vendors must make their products available to all Medicaid enrolled audiologists and hearing instrument dispensers. Enrolled audiologists and dispensers must be allowed to offer all contracted products available to Medicaid recipients, or, if contractor has an arrangement with audiologists and/or hearing instrument dispensers, then the contractor must explain how it will allow its exclusively licensed audiologists and dispensers to provide free choice of hearing aids to Medicaid recipients.

Medicaid Requirements. Providers serving Medicaid Members must enter into and maintain a Medicaid provider agreement with HHSC or its agent to participate in the Medicaid Program, and must have a Texas Provider Identification Number (TPIN).
Medicaid Requirements. Buyer is a recipient of Medicaid funds and subject to the Deficit Reduction Act. Buyer’s Deficit Reduction Act policies are available to Vendor and Vendor will cooperate with Buyer to detect and prevent waste, fraud and abuse and protect whistleblowers. Medicaid Requirements. 3.1.1 Certain services provide by the contractor may be included under one of the 1915(c) Home and Community Based Services Medicaid Waiver programs (waivered services) for individuals with mental retardation or other developmental disabilities. Therefore, any waivered services provided by the contractor shall be subject to all applicable Medicaid regulations, rules and requirements. 3.1.2 The contractor must be enrolled as a DD Home and Community Based (HCB) Services Medicaid Waiver provider prior to the delivery of waivered services and throughout the contract period, except when such waivered service is provided by the contractor as a subcontractor under an Organized Health Care Delivery System (OHCDS) arrangement. 3.1.3 The contractor shall have all licenses/accreditation’s/certifications required by the DD HCB Medicaid Waiver, as applicable. 3.1.4 The contractor shall not subcontract for the provision of waivered services unless the contractor is designated by the Department as an Organized Health Care Delivery System (OHCDS) and is in compliance with 42 CFR, Part 434 and 45 CFR, Part 74.

Provider shall remain in compliance with all applicable federal, state, county, and municipal, statutes, laws, ordinances, regulations, and guidelines, as well as any Board guidelines, policies, and rules in effect now or later, and as amended from time to time related to COVID-19. Under Chicago’s March 19 Public Health Order, congregate facilities (such as long-term care facilities, childcare settings, correctional facilities, etc.) must immediately report to CDPH clusters of COVID-19 patients, defined as two or more confirmed cases of COVID-19 occurring within 14 calendar days of each other at a facility. To report positive cases, Provider must complete the COVID-19 Online Case Report Form found at the following website: xxxxx://xxxxxx.xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx/surveys/?s=FR7MAJAY84. A copy of the current COVID-19 Online Case Report Form is attached and incorporated into this Supplemental Scope as Attachment A. Provider must also comply with additional operational, reporting and tracing requirements established by CPS. E.   • Export Requirements The Program, Documentation and all related technical information or materials are subject to export controls and U.S. Government export regulations. You will comply strictly with all legal requirements established under these controls and will not, in connection with its limited evaluation rights hereunder, export, re-export, divert, transfer or disclose, directly or indirectly the Program, Documentation and any related technical information or materials without the prior approval of the U.S.

  • Training Requirements Grantee will: A. Authorize and require staff (including volunteers) to attend training, conferences, and meetings as directed by DSHS. B.   • Child Abuse Reporting Requirements A. Grantees shall comply with child abuse and neglect reporting requirements in Texas Family Code Chapter 261. This section is in addition to and does not supersede any other legal obligation of the Grantee to report child abuse. B.
