COMPANY AND UNION GRIEVANCES. 11.01 If the Company or Union wishes to file a grievance, the party wishing to grieve shall do so by mailing a copy of its grievance to the Union or Company, as the case may be, within thirty (30) days of the occurrence of the event on which the grievance is based. No such grievance shall be filed with respect to the same subject matter that is already the subject of a grievance filed by an employee under Article VIII, nor shall any grievance be filed by an employee with respect to the same subject matter that is already the subject of a grievance filed by the Union under this Article.
