Company Benefit Programs. In addition to the compensation and to the rights provided for elsewhere in this Agreement, the Employee shall be entitled to participate in each plan of the Company now or hereafter adopted and in effect from time to time for the benefit of Employee employees of the Company, to the extent permitted by such plans and by applicable law. Nothing in this Agreement shall limit the Company’s right to amend, modify and/or terminate any benefit plan, policies or programs at any time for any reason.
