Common use of Company Grievance Procedure Clause in Contracts

Company Grievance Procedure. (a) It is understood that the company may request a meeting with the Union Officers for the purpose of presenting any complaint with respect to the conduct of the Union or may present such a complaint at any meeting held with the Union. (b) If such a complaint by the Company is not settled it may be treated as a grievance and referred to arbitration in the same way as a grievance of an employee.
