Company Grievances. 11.01 It is understood that the Company may bring forward at any meeting held with the Union Grievance Committee, any complaint with respect to the conduct of the Union, its Officers, Committeepersons, or Stewards as such, and that if such complaint by the Company is not settled to the mutual satisfaction of the parties, it may be treated as a grievance and referred to arbitration in the same way as a grievance of an employee.
