Common use of Company Grievances Clause in Contracts

Company Grievances. 11.01 If the Company has a complaint with respect to the conduct of the Union, its officers, committeemen or stewards or a complaint that the Union or any of its members have violated the provisions of this Agreement, the Company will submit such complaints to the Union and it will be taken up between the parties in the same manner as a written grievance. If the complaint is not settled to the satisfaction of both parties, it may be referred to arbitration.
