Common use of Company Grievances Clause in Contracts

Company Grievances. Grievance may be initiated by the Company. The grievance shall be discussed between the Company representative and the Xxxxxxx, Local Union President or other Union representative. In the event such difference is not settled through such discussion, the dispute will be further processed in accordance with the provisions of Section 16.1, Steps 3, 4 and 5.
