Common use of Company Grievances Clause in Contracts

Company Grievances. (a) Any complaints originating with the Company, shall in the first instance be taken by the Works Manager or his nominee with the Union Committee. Failing a satisfactory solution within five (5) working from the date on which the complaint is made, the mat- ter shall be reduced to writing, and in cases involving xxxxx- tion or interpretation of the Agreement, it may be submitted to an Arbitration Board as provided in Clause above.
