Company Meetings. Employees who agree to attend Company meetings during their off hours will be paid at their current applicable rate or receive time off in lieu at a mutually agreed time between the employee and the Store Manager. Such meetings will normally be less than one hour in duration and will normally be scheduled at the end of the working day.
