COMPANY RULES. The Union recognizes the right of the Employer to establish such reasonable Company rules as they may deem necessary, provided that such rules are not in conflict with the terms and provisions of this Agreement. Company rules shall be in writing, posted and effective thirty (30) days after submission to the Union unless the Union objects. Any objection must be specific as to what rule or rules are being objected to. It is expressly understood that rules as referred to in this Section are not to contain any reference to disciplinary matters which are covered in Article 44, Sec. 5, Discharge or Suspension. Such Company rules are to apply equally to all employees of the Employer and failure of a Local Union or Unions and the Employer to agree on such rules shall be subject to the dispute procedures of Article 44.
