Company-Union Meetings. 31.1 Quarterly joint labor-management meetings may, at the parties’ option, be regularly scheduled for the purposes of improving communications and promoting harmony and cooperation between Company and Union through discussions of matters of policy and operation which are of mutual interest. The Union may select a reasonable number of its members to attend the meetings. The attendance of Union members at these meetings shall not affect the orderly operation of the Plants. 31.2 Agenda items will be submitted to the Company’s Plant Manager together with a list of employees attending for the Union at least two weeks prior to the date of the next quarterly meeting. An agenda will be prepared from the items submitted and sent to the Union as soon as possible thereafter.
