Compensation Disputes. If a dispute of any kind involving the compensation including, among other things, payment of the compensation, the amount of the compensation, or the parties entitled to the compensation, exists between or among any of the following: broker, you and another broker, a principal, or any other party involved in a transaction, the compensation will be held by the broker or manager until the dispute is resolved. You agree the broker will incur no liability for withholding payment until all disputes are fully resolved.

Compensation Disputes. If IB wishes to dispute the number of trades or compensation due indicated in the trading platform’s reports for the previous months, IB may do so within thirty (30) calendar days. Failure of IB to notify Prime Codex of its disagreement with the information provided by the trading platform within this allotted time period shall constitute conclusive evidence of IB’s acceptance of such information. After thirty (30) calendar days, IB’s disputes for prior months shall not be accepted.
Compensation Disputes. Notwithstanding the dispute resolution provisions in Section 8.3, for any Disputes concerning compensation under this Section 3, including the negotiation of fees for Subsequent Terms, any re-negotiation of fees, or negotiation of fees for additional services, LG&E/KU will timely file notice of such Dispute with FERC and request that FERC resolve such Dispute. The ITO retains the authority to file notice with FERC of any such Dispute if it so desires.
