Amount of the compensation. Overtime compensation per hour shall be paid as follows: Overtime work 6 a.m.-8 p.m. Mondays - Fridays that are not holidays: the monthly salary or according to agreement compensatory leave by 1 1/2 hours for each overtime hour Overtime work at other times the monthly salary or according to agreement compensatory leave by 2 hours for each overtime hour. Monthly salary means the current fixed monthly salary in cash. Overtime work during business days during which the salaried employee does not have to work is equated with overtime work at other times. The same shall apply to Midsummer’s Eve, Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve.

Amount of the compensation. The insurers indemnify, as the insured chooses: ▪ either the cost of the reparation to the works, including the possible depreciation observed after the restoration, but without exceeding the agreed value; ▪ or the agreed value. The depreciation of an artwork that has been restored after a loss may be considered, at the following conditions: ▪ the restoration process may only be carried out after the explicit approval of the insurers; ▪ the restoration process must be carried out by the artist who created the piece or by a high- ly-qualified specialist and approved by the insurers; ▪ after the restoration, the experts acknowledge an actual decrease of the commercial value of the work. In the event of a total loss relative to jewellery and/or watches, the insurers reserve the right to proceed to their replacement.

  • Amount of Compensation City shall pay Contractor for performance of all Services rendered in accordance with this Contract in an amount not to exceed $3,000,000.

  • Amount of Employer Contribution The Employer Contribution amounts and rules in effect on June 30, 2017 will continue through December 31, 2017.

  • Termination Compensation Termination Compensation equal to two (2) times the Executive's Base Period Income shall be paid to the Executive in a single sum payment in cash on the thirtieth (30th) business day after the later of (a) the Control Change Date and (b) the date of the Executive's employment termination; provided that if at the time of the Executive's termination of employment the Executive is a Specified Employee, then payment of the Termination Compensation to the Executive shall be made on the first day of the seventh (7th) month following the Executive's employment termination.

  • Basic Compensation An employee, at the employee's option, may report to court when subpoenaed or remain on call. If the employee elects to appear in court, the division supervisor must be notified, at the latest, one administrative day prior to the scheduled court appearance. If the employee wishes to remain on call, the employee must be able to appear in court not more than one hour after being notified that the employee's appearance is required in court. To appear in court more than an hour after having been notified will void the employee's right to on-call compensation. An employee need not remain at home, but must be available for telephonic notification at a location where the supervisor knows the employee can be reached.

  • Maximum Compensation There is a maximum compensation for this Agreement and a separate maximum compensation for each Approved Service Order.

  • Total Compensation Contractor shall include Total Compensation in XXX for each of its five most highly compensated Executives for the preceding fiscal year if:

  • Base Compensation a. The Company and the Bank agree to pay Executive during the term of this Agreement a base salary at the rate of $ per year, payable in accordance with customary payroll practices.

  • Standby Compensation (a) Employees who are required by the Employer to standby shall receive standby pay of sixteen dollars and twenty-one cents ($16.21) for each standby period of eight (8) hours or less.

  • Payment of Compensation Consultant shall submit to City a monthly itemized statement which indicates work completed and hours of Services rendered by Consultant. The statement shall describe the amount of Services and supplies provided since the initial commencement date, or since the start of the subsequent billing periods, as appropriate, through the date of the statement. City shall, within 30 days of receiving such statement, review the statement and pay all approved charges thereon.

  • Show-Up Compensation An employee who is scheduled for work and reports for work, except for situations addressed in Article 63 - Inclement Conditions, and is released from work shall be paid the equivalent of two (2) hours pay at the appropriate rate. When an employee actually begins his/her scheduled shift, the employee shall be paid for the remainder of the scheduled shift. Part-time hourly paid employees, who actually begin their scheduled shift, shall be paid for the remainder of their scheduled shift.
