(i) Enter into, modify, amend, renew or terminate any employment, consulting, severance, change in control or similar agreement or arrangement with any director, officer or employee of Home or any of its Subsidiaries, or grant any salary or wage increase or increase any employee benefit (including incentive or bonus payments) other than (A) at will agreements, (B) normal individual increases in salary to rank and file employees, in each case in the ordinary course of business consistent with past practice, (C) severance to rank and file employees in accordance with past practice and (D) changes that are required by applicable law; (ii) hire any new officers; (iii) promote any employee to a rank of vice president or a more senior position; (iv) pay aggregate expenses of more than fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000) in the aggregate for employees and directors to attend conventions or similar meetings after the date hereof; or (v) waive or release any person from any non-competition or non-solicitation covenant or agreement.
