COMPENSATION ENTITLEMENT. 6.1 Subject to sections 6.2 and 6.3 of this Agreement, Physicians providing Physician Services under the terms of a Salary Agreement or Service Contract or during the time for which they are paid in accordance with a Sessional Contract, are not entitled to any additional compensation for those Physician Services and may not be paid Fees or any other fees for those Physician Services.
