Compensation for Assistance. Each party will be responsible for its own costs and compensation for any assistance that may be provided under the terms of this Agreement except as otherwise stated under the Emergency Assistance section.

Compensation for Assistance. 10.1 The Data Controller shall compensate the Data Processor for any costs and time spent related to the Data Processor’s assistance provided in relation to clause 5.1.4, clause 5.4 (to the extent such documentation is requested by the Data Controller), clause 8 (for the internal time and material used to assist the Data Control- ler in the audit) and clause 9 (to the extent that the Data Processor is not solely responsible for such breach), including costs and time spent related to a Sub-Data Processor’s assistance with the aforementioned, cf. the Data Processor’s standard hourly rates (or specially agreed rates if and to the extent the Parties have agreed upon hourly rates in one or more separate agreements regarding delivery of consultancy services).
Compensation for Assistance. The Controller shall compensate the Processor for any costs and time spent related to the Processor’s assistance and other services provided to the Controller in accordance with this DPA and the GPDR (including costs and time spent related to a sub processor’s assistance) according to the Processor’s standard hourly rates, unless otherwise agreed. The Controller shall compensate the Processor for costs (including implementation costs and additional costs) and time spent changing processing activities in order to comply with changes in the Controller’s instructions not required by applicable data protection law.
Compensation for Assistance. The Referrer may offer to assist Matchr after the Referral to achieve the Conversion of the Lead and Matchr may accept such offer. However, Matchr will not owe Referrer any compensation for such assistance in addition to the compensation explicitly described in these Terms.
