Compensation for Attending Hearings. 1. Witnesses who are directed by CSXT to attend a hearing shall be compensated for all time lost. In addition, they will be reimbursed for actual, reasonable and necessary expenses incurred for each day of the hearing while away from the employee’s home terminal. Where no time is lost, they will be paid actual time attending the hearing, with a minimum of four (4) hours, to be paid for at the rate of pay applicable to the last service performed.
