Seniority Appeals. 1. All appeals concerning dates of seniority as an Engineer will be submitted in writing addressed to the appropriate CSXT Highest Designated Officer, with a copy to the BLET General Chairman of jurisdiction, within sixty (60) days following the published date of establishment of seniority. When a date of seniority has been established in accordance with this Article and is not challenged in writing within the specified time limits, no appeal of the established seniority date will be accepted.
