COMPENSATION FOR OFFICERS. 3. The District will pay APD 83.33% of the annual salary and primary benefits of thirteen and a half (13.5) police officers for the contract term. Total amount due to APD is $1,197,840.83. Additionally, the District will pay a sum equivalent to ½ hour of overtime per officer per day for eighteen (18) officers for the 177 days of the 2017-2018 school year and for one (1) officer for ninety-seven (97) days. The overtime allowance is to provide for an eight and one-half (8½) hour workday so that the SRO is on duty during “critical” hours of school operations. The maximum estimated overtime cost for officers $125,344.94 for the contract term.

  • Compensation for Basic Services A. Owner shall make payment for Part I and Part II services monthly. The payments shall be in proportion to the progress of Architect's work. Final payment for each phase shall become due and payable upon completion and approval by Owner of that phase of Architect's work.
