Compensation for Optional Education or Alternative School Programs. An Employee covered by this Agreement who agrees to perform, as assigned by the Employer, an assignment in the Optional Education Program or the Alternative School Program shall receive additional compensation at the applicable hourly rate set forth in Appendix C.
