Compensation and Related Provisions. 15.1 Compensation Effective August 15, 2017 Employees covered by this Agreement shall receive compensation as set forth in Appendix A for the 2017- 2018, 2018-2019, and 2019-2020 school years which shall be attached to and made part of this Agreement.

Compensation and Related Provisions. A. Employees covered by this Agreement shall receive compensation pursuant to the provisions set forth in Appendix A (salary schedule) and Appendix B (co-curricular salaries) which shall be attached to and made part of this Agreement. Nothing contained in this Article, or any other provision of this Agreement, shall be construed as a guarantee of days or hours of employment for those assignments identified in Appendix B (co-curricular salaries).

If Friday is a legal holiday or school is not in session, checks will be distributed on Thursday. Compensation and Related Provisions a. The Board shall provide tuition reimbursement for full-time educators who have worked in the district for two consecutive years (one year equals fall, spring, summer), who wish to continue their education at a rate of four hundred ($400) dollars per credit hour inclusive of tuition costs and course fees. First and second year full-time educators will be eligible for reimbursement through district offered professional development courses only.

Step Advancement A certified employee who is absent for more than sixty consecutive working days or seventy total working days in one school year shall not advance one step on the salary schedule for the subsequent year. For the purposes of salary advancement, a day of absence is defined as being physically absent from the workplace, with or without pay. Pre-approved attendance at seminars or conferences shall not count as a day of absence for purposes of this provision.
