COMPENSATION FOR TRAINING. Where an employee who has received training at the expense of the employer and such employee leaves the employment of employer within 6 months of the completion of such training the employer shall be entitled, at its discretion, to deduct from any monies owing to the employee on termination of employment 50% of the costs of the training received by the employee.
