COMPENSATION FOR TRAINING. Where an employee who has received training at the expense of the employer and such employee leaves the employment of employer within 6 months of the completion of such training the employer shall be entitled, at its discretion, to deduct from any monies owing to the employee on termination of employment 50% of the costs of the training received by the employee.

Where an employee who has received training at the expense of the employer enterprise and such employee leaves the their employment of employer within 6 months of the completion of such training the employer training; the enterprise shall be entitled, at its discretion, to deduct from any monies owing to the employee on termination of employment 50% of the costs of the training received by the employee.

COMPENSATION FOR TRAINING. Where an employee who has received training at the expense of the employer and such employee leaves the employment of employer within 6 12 months of the completion of such training the employer shall be entitled, at its discretion, to deduct from any monies owing to the employee on termination of employment 50100% of the costs of the training received by the employee.
