Compensation and Fringe Benefits (a) The Company shall, during the Term of Employment, pay to the Executive as compensation for the performance of his duties and obligations a salary of $240,000 per annum. This compensation is subject to annual review and adjustment, as appropriate in the judgment of the Company. The compensation payable pursuant to this Section 5(a) shall be payable in equal semi-monthly installments on the last day of each such pay period.
COMPENSATION COVERAGE (a) When an employee is injured at work and goes on Compensation, he or she shall, when the Compensation Board signifies that the employee may go to work, be returned to the payroll at his or her previous job and rate of pay for a period of one (1) week, to see if he or she is able to do the job he or she held at the time of the injury.
REFUND OF UNEARNED COMPENSATION The Party of the Second Part agrees to refund the Party of the First Part any compensation received for which no services were rendered. TERMINATION: This contract may be terminated by either party pursuant to law. OTHER CONDITIONS: Any subsequent contracts shall supersede the provisions of this contract. Student Achievement and Accountability instructional staff may be required to serve students in more than one location. Given this, the 15TH OF SEPTEMBER, 2016. Travel Compensation The Contractor shall not be compensated or reimbursed for travel time, travel expenses, meals, or lodging.
’ Compensation Leave If such determination cannot readily be made and all healthcare leave or annual leave subject to 100% payoff has been applied to the absence, the employee shall be placed on Official Leave until a final determination is made.
Compensation arrangements (a) Following receipt of an RoU Claim Notice in respect of a Type 2 Restriction of Use, Network Rail and the Train Operator shall (if they have not already done so) commence negotiations in respect of the RoU Direct Costs compensation to be paid by one party to the other in respect of such Type 2 Restriction of Use and, subject to paragraph 10, shall continue such negotiations in good faith until they are concluded.
Compensation of SAP 6.1 SAP will provide an invoice specifying the fees for each of the Services in accordance with the terms of the Order Form. Payment is due thirty (30) days after the invoice is issued. SAP reserves the right to apply late payment interest in accordance with applicable law.
’ Compensation Insurance and Disability Benefits Requirements Sections 57 and 220 of the New York State Workers’ Compensation Law require the heads of all municipal and state entities to ensure that businesses applying for contracts have appropriate workers’ compensation and disability benefits insurance coverage. These requirements apply to both original contracts and renewals. Failure to provide proper proof of such coverage or a legal exemption will result in a rejection of any contract renewal. Proof of workers’ compensation and disability benefits coverage, or proof of exemption must be submitted to OGS at the time of policy renewal, contract renewal and upon request. Proof of compliance must be submitted on one of the following forms designated by the New York State Workers’ Compensation Board. An XXXXX form is not acceptable proof of New York State workers’ compensation or disability benefits insurance coverage. Proof of Compliance with Workers’ Compensation Coverage Requirements:
Short-Term Leave and Disability Plan Top Up (STLDPT) For teacher absences that extend beyond the eleven (11) sick leave days provided above, teachers will have access to a sick leave top up for the purpose of topping up salary to one hundred percent (100%) under the Short-term Leave and Disability Plan. This top up is calculated as follows:
CLASSIFICATION AND COMPENSATION The parties hereto agree that the employees covered by this Agreement shall be considered engaged in the type of work and classification as set forth on Schedule A attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference.
