Scheme Agreement definition

Scheme Agreement means the Scheme Implementation Agreement signed on November 23, 2017 and between RBPlat, Maseve and the Guarantor, as amended by the First Addendum to Scheme Agreement;
Scheme Agreement means: a Logistics Services Agreement; a Material Recovery Agreement; a Processing Services Agreement; a Recycling Panel Agreement; and a Refund Point Agreement, as the context requires, and includes the Agreement.
