Compensation Standards. 1. Party A knows and agrees that goods picked up and delivered by Party B according to the supplementary agreement herein shall conform to the requirements stipulated in the Pickup & Delivery Service Contract, and all documents required for customs clearance shall be provided according to applicable laws and regulations. Otherwise, Party B has the right to reject or cease to provide services agreed upon in the agreement. Any loss arising therefrom shall be borne by Party A. In case of any loss to Party B, Party B has the right to claim for compensation from Party A.
