Compensation/Temporary Duties Assigned. Any ESP who temporarily assumes the duties of another bargaining unit member in a different classification will be paid the regular rate of such duties if such rate is higher than the ESP’s rate of pay. Employees’ pay rates shall not be reduced as the result of any temporary change of duties.
