Compensation to Elders. Those persons who are fifty (50) years of age or older at the Date of this Agreement, and who meet the eligibility criteria set out in subsection 7.3.2 of this Article, shall receive payments of one hundred and twenty-five dollars ($125.00) per month, for life. Such monthly payments shall be made, directly by the Trustees, upon written confirmation of eligibility by Chief and Council or, upon appeal of the decision of Chief and Council, by a Tribunal. The provisions of subsections 8.4.7 and 8.4.8 of this Agreement shall apply to an appeal to the Tribunal, with such changes as the context requires. This provision does not confer rights upon individuals to enforce a claim for such amounts against any Party.

  • Compensation to Engineer A. City agrees to pay to Engineer for all services outlined in Section III, a base design fee in an amount not to exceed $254,160.00. The following services are not included in this base fee:

  • Form of Compensation Compensation for overtime shall be paid except where, upon request of the Employee, and with the approval of the Employer, or its representative, overtime may be granted in the form of time off in lieu of overtime hours worked.

  • Compensation Table Attachment C of each Approved Service Order is a compensation table setting forth the manner in which the City will pay the Maximum Service Order Compensation (“Compensation Table”). Those overtime hours exceeding twelve (12) in one day shall be compensated at a rate of pay equal to two times the regular pay of the employee.

  • Notification to Employees ‌ The Employer will inform new, transferred, promoted, or demoted employees in writing prior to appointment into positions included in the bargaining unit(s) of the Union’s exclusive representation status. Upon appointment to a bargaining unit position, the Employer will furnish the employees with membership materials provided by the Union. The Employer will inform employees in writing if they are subsequently appointed to a position that is not in a bargaining unit.

  • Payment of Compensation Consultant shall submit to City a monthly itemized statement which indicates work completed and hours of Services rendered by Consultant. The statement shall describe the amount of Services and supplies provided since the initial commencement date, or since the start of the subsequent billing periods, as appropriate, through the date of the statement. City shall, within 30 days of receiving such statement, review the statement and pay all approved charges thereon.
