Common use of Compensatory Time Off Segments Clause in Contracts

Compensatory Time Off Segments. (1) Subject to the terms and conditions provided for in subsection 3.b.(2) of this 6 Article, above, and except as provided in 3.c.(2), below, an employee 7 authorized to use earned compensatory time off must use it in units of either 8 eight-hour days or four-hour segments.
