Compensatory Time Off Segments. 4 (1) Subject to the terms and conditions provided for in subsection 3.b.(2) of 5 this Article, above, and except as provided in 3.c.(2), below, an employee 6 authorized to use earned compensatory time off must use it in units of 7 either eight-hour days or four-hour segments.
