Competitive Bidding and Sub Bids. 2.7.1 The CM@R will develop a written Subcontractor Selection Plan for approval by XXXXXXX that includes the names of a minimum of three qualified Subcontractors for each trade in the Project and solicit bids for the various Work categories. If there are not three qualified Subcontractors available for a specific trade, the CM@R will request approval by the PM/CM to submit less than three names. No change in the approved Subcontractors will be allowed without prior written approval by XXXXXXX.

  • Competitive Bidding 3.5.2.1 Bidding Documents shall consist of bidding requirements and proposed Contract Documents.

  • National Competitive Bidding Goods estimated to cost less than $250,000 equivalent per contract and works estimated to cost less than $500,000 equivalent per contract, may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of National Competitive Bidding.

  • International Competitive Bidding Except as otherwise provided in paragraph 2 below, goods and works shall be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of International Competitive Bidding.

  • For E-bidding The auctioneer and the Bank’s solicitor shall sign all 5 copies of contract first, right after the auction. The successful E-bidder must to come to the ESZAM AUCTIONEER SDN BHD main office in Seremban to sign the Contract of Sale within two (2) working days after the auction date.

  • JOB BIDDING The City reserves the right to organize work and assignments. Contractor further warrants that, at the time Contractor submitted its bid, an authorized and responsible person executed and delivered to NYSERDA a non-collusive bidding certification on Contractor’s behalf.
