WORK CATEGORIES. Below are the categories of Work for which future CWA’s may be requested. Implementer is required to fill out the capabilities chart for PG&E to determine the type of Work Implementer is capable of performing on the Capabilities Chart attached as Exhibit C. The Work performed will only benefit Customers in the PG&E Service Territory as outlined on Exhibit D. Guidelines and examples of the tasks to perform and implement the Work in these categories are attached as the Scope of Work Guideline on Exhibit E.
WORK CATEGORIES. The following are general descriptions of the work categories listed above. These descriptions are not intended to restrict the work that may be performed by an employee assigned to a position under this Agreement. These descriptions of work also are not intended to limit the work that other DM&E employees or third parties may perform as stated in Rule 1:
WORK CATEGORIES. 1.1. There shall be three (3) categories of work:
1.1.1 full-time: a position performed for more than ten (10) continuous months.
1.1.2 part-time: work in a classification which normally entails a maximum of thirty (30) hours per week.
1.1.3 temporary: a position performed for less that ten (10) continuous months.

WORK CATEGORIES. There shall be three (3) categories of work: Full time: a position performed for more than ten continuous months; work in a classification which normally entails a maximum of thirty (30) hours per week. a position performed for less than ten continuous months. There shall be two (2) categories of employees: Regular: an employee who has satisfactorily completed probation and who has attained a full time position; Casual: an employee who is hired for seasonal increases in operational requirements.

Shift sign-ups shall take place every three (3) months or earlier if operational changes necessitate. The three (3) monthssign-up shall be availableto the Uniontwenty-four (24) hours before postingto sufficienttime to ensurethat this agreement is being adhered to in respectto the structureof the sign up itself. The sign-up shall be posted at least fourteen (14) days prior to the effective date and shall be completely signed up by the maintenancestaffwithin (5) days of posting. Shifts shall be signed for inseniority with the exceptionof appointed Leadhands and any other agreement.Appointed Leadhandsshall be assigned shifts bythe Employer. Eachsign-up shall include relief shifts which shall be designated by Employeessigning these shifts shall rotate in order to ensure the number of shift changes will be as muchas possible. Employeesholding relief may be requiredto changetheir hours of work and days off inorder to providecoveragefor a vacated shift for reasons of sickness, accident, training, transfer, leaveof absence or vacation. Daysoff for employees holdingrelief shifts may be adjusted to ensure the employee has four (4) days off in a pay period. Every effort will be madeto create the maximum number of eight (8) hour shifts, The hours of work provisionsshall not restrictthe Employerfrom creating shifts of ten (10) hours durationwith three days off, should work situationswarrant. Except during shift bid changes the Company shall schedule a minimumof eight
WORK CATEGORIES. All part-time employees who come under the Agreement will be assigned to one of the following work categories: Food Service Worker, Lunchroom Aide, Library Page, or Office Aide.

Notwithstanding the aforementioned, employees who work in mixed classifications shall be paid the applicable classification rates of pay for the days worked in the classifications. ARTICLE EMPLOYEE CATEGORIES Categories of employees shalt be as follows: Regular: an employee who has satisfactorilycompleted probation and who has attained a full time position.
