Competitor’s Opening. (a) When a competitor opens a new store and the weekly hours worked in a scheduling group in the affected store(s) of the Employer are reduced, part-time hours of work in a scheduling group will be reduced for Pre- March 17th, 1993 employees and Post-March 17th, 1993 employees, on a shared basis, in accordance with the following formula:

  • Business Operations Company will provide all necessary equipment, personnel and other appurtenances necessary to conduct its operations. Company will conduct its business operations hereunder in a lawful, orderly and proper manner, considering the nature of such operations, so as not to unreasonably annoy, disturb, endanger or be offensive to others on the Airport. Company will provide all services under this Agreement on a fair and reasonable basis to all users of the Airport. Service will be prompt, courteous and efficient.

  • Public Opening Responses shall be opened on the date and at the location indicated on the Timeline. Respondents may, but are not required to, attend. The Buyer may choose not to announce prices or release other materials pursuant to s. 119.071(1)(b), Florida Statutes.
