COMPLAINTS, GRIEVANCES AND DISPUTES. 9.01 The parties hereto desire that every complaint shall be dealt with as it justly deserves as quickly as possible and tha t adjustment of every justified complaint shall be promptly made. An employee who has cause for complaint shall discuss it pursuant to Clause 9.02 within seven (7) days of their awareness of the cause of complaint.
