COMPLETION OF SUMMATIVE EVALUATION. 1. A copy of the final evaluation report that includes teacher performance rating shall be given to the teacher at the final post-observation conference and must be completed no later than May 10th. 2. A teacher shall be entitled to Association representation at any conference held during the evaluation process.
