Compliance to Defence Health Policies and Procedures. Defence has set the following principles and guidelines to assist you and Your Providers to adhere to relevant Defence policies and procedures in the provision of treatment to EP. Bupa will make available a copy of any specific Defence policies and procedures which are relevant to the services you provide under this Provider Agreement and will provide a reasonable period of time for you to comply with such policies and procedures.
