Licensed Locations definition

Licensed Locations means the Service Poles set forth in Exhibit A where Licensee is authorized by this Agreement to place its Network Nodes.
Licensed Locations means the physical location(s) at which the Software is licensed to operate, as set forth on the Product Schedule.
Licensed Locations means the Customer’s licensed locations as identified in the Agreement.

  • Licensee agrees to pay all taxes (other than real estate taxes) payable in connection with the conduct of its business in the Licensed Locations, including personal property taxes levied against the Devices, fixtures, and other personal property of the Licensee in the Licensed Locations.

More Definitions of Licensed Locations

Licensed Locations means the IP address or addresses identified in Your order for the Software.
Licensed Locations means any of Microcell Labs's premises in Canada.
Licensed Locations means all retail outlets located within commercial shopping districts in N. America (specifically in USA and Canada), the territory, which are at least majority-owned or are operated by Licensee or an Affiliate of Licensee, and any retail outlet which is at least majority-owned or is operated by Licensee or an Affiliate of Licensee located in the same metropolitan area as any such commercial shopping districts. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Licensee and its Affiliates may offer for sale and sell Merchandise by catalog or direct mail order or through Internet sites which are owned and/or operated by Licensee or an Affiliate of Licensee.
Licensed Locations means the sites and/or Internet server addresses specified by ELN Consortium in Appendix A and any subsequent renewals, additions or deletions to the Licensed Locations as agreed to by Xxxxxx and ELN Consortium.
Licensed Locations means the Service Poles where Licensee is authorized by this Agreement to place its Wireless Facilities.
Licensed Locations means the tollroad or airport locations of the Original Stores and such future limited access tollroad locations and airport locations developed by Licensee and approved in writing by Licensor, as provided in this Agreement.
