Compliance with County Information Technology Policies and Procedures Policies and Procedures. Contractor, its subcontractors, the Contractor personnel, and all other agents and representatives of Contractor, will at all times comply with and abide by all Information Technology (IT) policies and procedures of the County that are provided or made available to Contractor that reasonably pertain to Contractor (and of which Contractor has been provided with advance notice) in connection with Contractor’s performance under this Contract Contractor shall cooperate with the County in ensuring Contractor’s compliance with the IT policies and procedures described in this Contract and as adopted by the County from time-to-time, and any material violations or disregard of such IT policies or procedures shall, in addition to all other available rights and remedies of the County, be cause for termination of this Contract. In addition to the foregoing, Contractor shall comply with the following: Security and Policies All performance under this Contract, shall be in accordance with the County’s security requirements, policies, and procedures as set forth above and as modified, supplemented, or replaced by the County from time to time, in its sole discretion, by providing Contractor with a written copy of such revised requirements, policies, or procedures reasonably in advance of the date that they are to be implemented and effective (collectively, the “Security Policies”). Contractor shall at all times use industry best practices and methods with regard to the prevention, detection, and elimination, by all appropriate means, of fraud, abuse, and other inappropriate or unauthorized access to County systems accessed in the performance of services in this Contract.

  • Policies and Procedures i) The policies and procedures of the designated employer apply to the employee while working at both sites.

  • Violence Policies and Procedures The Employer agrees to have in place explicit policies and procedures to deal with violence. The policy will address the prevention of violence, the management of violent situations, provision of legal counsel and support to employees who have faced violence. The policies and procedures shall be part of the employee's health and safety policy and written copies shall be provided to each employee. Prior to implementing any changes to these policies, the employer agrees to consult with the Association.

  • Compliance with Consensus Policies and Temporary Policies Registry Operator shall comply with and implement all Consensus Policies and Temporary Policies found at <xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/general/consensus-­‐policies.htm>, as of the Effective Date and as may in the future be developed and adopted in accordance with the ICANN Bylaws, provided such future Consensus Polices and Temporary Policies are adopted in accordance with the procedure and relate to those topics and subject to those limitations set forth in Specification 1 attached hereto (“Specification 1”).

  • Safeguarding requirements and procedures (1) The Contractor shall apply the following basic safeguarding requirements and procedures to protect covered contractor information systems. Requirements and procedures for basic safeguarding of covered contractor information systems shall include, at a minimum, the following security controls:

  • Policy and Procedures If the resident leaves the facility due to hospitalization or a therapeutic leave, the facility shall not be obligated to hold the resident’s bed available until his or her return, unless prior arrangements have been made for a bed hold pursuant to the facility’s “Bed Reservation Policy and Procedure” and pursuant to applicable law. In the absence of a bed hold, the resident is not guaranteed readmission unless the resident is eligible for Medicaid and requires the services provided by the facility. However, the resident may be placed in any appropriate bed in a semi-private room in the facility at the time of his or her return from hospitalization or therapeutic leave provided a bed is available and the resident’s admission is appropriate and meets the readmission requirements of the facility.

  • Provisions for Covered Entity to Inform Business Associate of Privacy Practices and Restrictions (a) Covered Entity shall notify Business Associate of any limitation(s) in the notice of privacy practices of Covered Entity under 45 CFR 164.520, to the extent that such limitation may affect Business Associate’s use or disclosure of protected health information.

  • Compliance with Policies Each Individual Limited Partner hereby agrees that he shall comply with all policies and procedures adopted by any member of the Och-Ziff Group or which Limited Partners are required to observe by law, or by any recognized stock exchange, or other regulatory body or authority.

  • Compliance with Executive Orders Concerning Ethics The Contractor warrants that he and his firm have complied in all respects with the Governor’s Executive Orders concerning ethics matters, including, but not limited to, Executive Order dated January 13, 2003 (establishing Code of Ethics for Executive Branch Officers and Employees, including provisions governing former officers and employees); Executive Order dated October 1, 2003 (governing vendors to state agencies and disclosure and registration of lobbyists); and O.C.G.A. Sections 21-5-70(5), 21-5-71 and 21-5-73, all as amended effective January 9, 2006 (requiring registration and disclosure filings by state agency vendor lobbyists). In this regard, the Contractor certifies that any lobbyist employed or retained by the Contractor or his firm has both registered and made the required disclosures required by the Executive Orders, as amended.
