Compliance with Covenants, etc. Notwithstanding the foregoing provisions of this Paragraph 2.3, no warranty or representation is made by Lessor related to the compliance of the improvements of the Premises with the provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act, a federal law codified at 42 USC Section 12101 et. seq. ("ADA") and accordingly the provisions of Paragraph 2.3 shall not extend to any ADA compliance matters.
