Compliance with Federal Rules. 27.4.1 RADIO FREQUENCY ENERGY STANDARDS PRODUCT furnished hereunder shall, at time of shipment, comply to the extent applicable with the requirements of Subpart J of Part 15 of the Federal Communications Commission’s Rules and Regulations, as they may be amended from time to time, including those Sections concerning the labeling of such PRODUCT and the suppression of radio frequency and electro-magnetic radiation to the specified levels. Should the PRODUCT during use fail to meet relevant parts of the FCC Rules and Regulations for spurious emission and interference to radio communications, Supplier shall provide to Purchaser information relating to methods of suppressing such interference. In the event such interference cannot reasonably be suppressed, then all remedies as provided by Article 14 hereof, entitled WARRANTIES shall apply.

  • Compliance with Rules To comply with, and to require the Contractors to comply with, all rules, regulations, ordinances and laws bearing on the conduct of the work on the Improvements, including the requirements of any insurer issuing coverage on the Project and the requirements of any applicable supervising boards of fire underwriters.

  • Compliance with 409A Because Executive (i) is and will be as of the Effective Date a “specified employee” under Section 409A(a)(2)(B)(i) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the “Code”) and (ii) the Monthly Separation Payments would constitute non-exempt “deferred compensation” for purposes of Section 409A of the Code, in order to comply with Section 409A of the Code, the Monthly Separation Payments that would otherwise be payable pursuant to Paragraphs 2(a) and 2(b) of this Agreement during the 6 month period immediately following the Effective Date shall be accumulated and the Executive’s right to receive payment of such accumulated amount (which such amount shall not accrue interest) will be delayed until the 7th month following the Effective Date.

  • Compliance with Statutes Rules and Regulations In performing its obligations under this Contract, the Provider shall without exception be aware of and comply with all State and Federal laws, rules, Children and Families Operating Procedures (CFOPs), and regulations relating to its performance under this Contract as they may be enacted or amended from time-to-time, as well as any court or administrative order, judgment, settlement or compliance agreement involving the Department which by its nature affects the services provided under this Contract.
