Compliance with Governmental Requirements and Rules and Regulations. Tenant shall comply with all Governmental Requirements and Restrictions relating to its use, occupancy and operation of the Premises and shall observe such reasonable rules and regulations as may be adopted and published by Landlord from time to time for the safety, care and cleanliness of the Premises and the Building, and for the preservation of good order in the Building and for the administration and management of the Building. Current Rules and Regulations are attached to this Lease as Exhibit E.
Compliance with Governmental Requirements and Rules and Regulations. Tenant shall comply with all Governmental Requirements relating to its use, occupancy and operation of the Premises and shall observe such reasonable rules and regulations as may be adopted and published by Landlord from time to time. Current Rules and Regulations are attached to this Lease as Exhibit C. “Governmental Requirements” are any and all statutes, ordinances, codes, laws, rules, regulations, orders and directives of any Governmental Agency as now or later amended, promulgated or issued and all current or future final orders, judgments or decrees of any court with jurisdiction interpreting or enforcing any of the foregoing. A “Governmental Agency” is the United States of America, the state in which the Land is located, any county, city, district, municipality or other governmental subdivision, court or agency or quasi-governmental agency with jurisdiction and any board, agency or authority associated with any such governmental entity.

Compliance with Governmental Requirements and Rules and Regulations. Landlord shall deliver the Premises in compliance with all applicable Governmental Requirements. From and after the Commencement Date, Tenant shall comply with all Governmental Requirements relating to its use, occupancy and operation of the Premises and shall observe such reasonable rules and regulations as may be adopted and published by Landlord from time to time for the safety, care and cleanliness of the Premises and the Building, and for the preservation of good order in the Building, including the Rules and Regulations attached to this Lease as Exhibit D. If any provision of the Rules and Regulations conflicts with any provision of the Lease, the terms of the Lease shall prevail. Landlord agrees that it shall not enforce any of the Rules and Regulations in a discriminatory manner against Tenant.
Compliance with Governmental Requirements and Rules and Regulations. Tenant shall comply with all Governmental Requirements and Restrictions relating to its use, occupancy and operation of the Premises and shall observe such reasonable rules and regulations as may be adopted and published by Landlord from time to time for the safety, care and cleanliness of the Premises and the Building, and for the preservation of good order in the Building and for the administration and management of the Building. Current Rules and Regulations are attached to this Lease as Exhibit E. To the best of Landlord's actual knowledge, the Restrictions do not prohibit use of the Premises for general office purposes. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Tenant shall not be responsible for compliance with any Governmental Requirements (except for Tenant's Pro Rata Share of Operating Expenses) requiring structural repairs or modifications to the Building unless any of such repairs or modifications are required (a) due to Tenant's work, alterations, or repairs in the Premises or Tenant's particular manner of use of the Premises, or (b) due to the act or negligence of any of the Tenant or Tenant's Agents. Except for any repairs or modifications required (x) due to Tenant's work, alterations, or repairs in the Premises or Tenant's particular manner of use of the Premises, or (y) due to the act or negligence of any of the Tenant or Tenant's Agents, Landlord shall be responsible for maintaining the structural elements of the Building.
Compliance with Governmental Requirements and Rules and Regulations. Subject to the provisions of Section 2.7.2, Tenant shall comply with all Governmental Requirements relating to the Premises (including, without limitation, Tenant's use, occupancy and operation thereof) and all other covenants, conditions and restrictions and other matters of record, and Tenant shall observe such reasonable rules and regulations as may be adopted and published by Landlord from time to time for the safety, care and cleanliness of the Premises and the Building, and for the preservation of good order in the Building, including the Rules and Regulations attached to this Lease as Exhibit E.
Compliance with Governmental Requirements and Rules and Regulations. Tenant shall comply with all Governmental Requirements relating to the Premises (including, without limitation, Tenant’s use, occupancy and operation thereof), and/or the use of the Building by Tenant and/or Tenant’s Agents, and all other covenants, conditions and restrictions and other matters of record, and Tenant shall observe such reasonable, non-discriminatory rules and regulations as may be adopted and published by Landlord from time to time for the safety, care and cleanliness of the Premises and the Building, and for the preservation of good order in the Building, including the Rules and Regulations attached to this Lease as Exhibit D. In the event of any conflict between the Rules and Regulations and the terms of this Lease, the terms of this Lease shall control.
Compliance with Governmental Requirements and Rules and Regulations. Tenant shall comply with all Governmental Requirements relating to its particular use, occupancy and operation of the Premises and shall observe such reasonable rules and regulations as may be adopted and published by Landlord from time to time for the safety, care and cleanliness of the Premises and the Building, and for the preservation of good order in the Building and for the administration and management of the Building. Current Rules and Regulations are attached to this Lease as Exhibit E. Tenant shall also comply with any Restrictions so long as Tenant is provided with a copy of same and same do not materially increase the obligations of Tenant, materially adversely affect Tenant’s rights, or materially decrease the obligations of Landlord, under this Lease.
Compliance with Governmental Requirements and Rules and Regulations. Tenant shall comply with all Governmental Requirements relating to its use, occupancy and operation of the Premises and shall observe such reasonable rules and regulations of general application as may be adopted and published by Landlord from time to time for the safety, care and cleanliness of the Premises, the Building and the Land, and for the preservation of good order in the Building, including the Rules and Regulations attached to this Lease as Exhibit E. However, in case of any conflict or inconsistency between the provisions of this Lease and any of the Rules and Regulations, the provisions of this Lease shall control. Notwithstanding the foregoing, during construction of the Tenant Improvements, the following Rules listed on Exhibit E shall be temporarily suspended, and Tenant’s performance of these three obligations shall be governed instead by the Plans and Specifications and by the reasonable requirements imposed by Landlord’s construction manager: first sentence of Rule 3, solely as it relates to obstructions of the west wing of the Building, 18, 22, third sentence of Rule 29 (relating to overnight parking of vehicles) and 31.
Compliance with Governmental Requirements and Rules and Regulations. Subject to Section 4.2 below, Tenant shall comply with all Governmental Requirements relating to its particular use, occupancy and operation of the Premises and shall observe such reasonable rules and regulations as may be adopted and published by Landlord from time to time. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Lease, Tenant shall not be responsible for compliance with any Governmental Requirements where such compliance would require capital expenditures, or is not related specifically to Tenant’s use and occupancy of the Premises. For example, if any Governmental Agency should require the Building or Premises to be structurally strengthened against earthquake, or should require the removal of asbestos from the Premises and such measures are imposed as a general requirement applicable to all tenants rather than as a condition to Tenant’s specific use or occupancy of the Premises, such work shall be performed by Landlord and the cost thereof shall be an Operating Costs to the extent provided in Section R1.4 of Rider 1 hereto.
