Payment of Rental. Tenant agrees to pay Base Rent, Additional Rent and any other sum due under this Lease to Landlord without demand, deduction, credit, adjustment or offset of any kind or nature, in lawful money of the United States when due under this Lease, at the offices of Manager at Manager's Address, or to such other party or at such other place as Landlord may from time to time designate in writing.
Payment of Rental. (a) Tenant shall pay all Rental when due and payable, without any offset, deduction or prior demand therefor whatsoever. Any Additional Rent due shall be payable, unless otherwise provided herein, with the next monthly installment of Base Rent. Rental shall be paid and delivered to Landlord at Landlord's Address or at such other place as Landlord may, from time to time, designate by notice to Tenant. No payment by Tenant or acceptance by Landlord of a lesser amount than shall be due from Tenant to Landlord shall be treated as other than a payment on account, nor shall any endorsement or statement on a check for a lesser amount, or upon any letter accompanying such check, that such lesser amount is payment in full, be deemed an accord and satisfaction or given any effect, and Landlord may accept such check without prejudice to any other rights or remedies which Landlord may have against Tenant.
(b) If Tenant shall fail to pay any installment of Base Rent, Escalation Rent or any other item of Rental within five (5) Business Days of the date when due, Tenant shall pay to Landlord, in addition to such installment of Base Rent, Escalation Rent or other item of Rental (including but not limited to any late charge due pursuant to this Section 4.7), as the case may be, as a late charge and as Additional Rent, a sum equal to interest at the Applicable Rate on the amount unpaid, computed from the date such payment was due to and including the date of payment. If any payment of Rental is not made within ten (10) Business Days after the due date, there shall be added thereto, as Additional Rent to compensate Landlord for the inconvenience, administrative burden and expense created thereby, an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the amount due, and all Rental thereafter coming due shall be equal to one hundred ten percent (110%) of the Rental that would otherwise be due, making the total Rental due including the Additional Rent, one hundred ten percent (110%) of the Rental that would otherwise be due, which will continue thereafter as the Rental due so long as said Rental, including the Additional Rent, remains unpaid, due and payable. Payment of Rental. Lessee hereby covenants and agrees to pay promptly when due all Base Rental and Adjusted Base Rental, all additional rental and any other charges payable by Lessee under the provisions of this Agreement and Lessee further covenants and agrees that all such rental or other charges due and unpaid as of the date of termination of this Agreement shall be deemed due and payable on such termination date. Lessee especially agrees that the covenants recited in this Section shall survive the expiration of the term of the Agreement.
Payment of Rental. The rental shall be paid in advance on the first day of each and every month, without deduction or demand and free from bank exchange at the address of the LANDLORD specified in CLAUSE 13 of the SCHEDULE, or at such place or places in the Republic of South Africa or to such other persons as the LANDLORD may from time to time by previous written notice appoint. The TENANT shall, if required to do so by the LANDLORD, arrange for a debit order on the TENANT’s bank account providing for payment of rental and other amounts in terms of this lease and shall revise that debit order from time to time as required by changed circumstances. Acceptance of payments by cheque and/or the use of the postal services to remit payment is without prejudice and risk shall be entirely that of the TENANT.
Payment of Rental. Tenant agrees to pay Base Rent, Operating Costs Reimbursements (defined below) and any other sum payable under this Lease to Landlord when due without demand, deduction, credit, adjustment or offset of any kind. All such payments shall be in lawful money of the United States and shall be paid to Landlord or to Manager or to such other place as Landlord may from time to time designate in writing.
Payment of Rental. 3.1 The Tenant shall pay rental to Pretor, from the commencement date monthly in advance, free of exchange and without deduction or set-off, on or before the first day of each and every month.
3.2 Should the commencement date not coincide with the first day of a calendar month, a pro-rata proportion of the monthly rental for the period from the Commencement date to the last day of that calendar month, shall become due and payable on such commencement date.
3.3 A handling fee of a minimum of R142.00 will be charged by Pretor on any rental being paid in cash at Pretor’s offices or at a bank, a minimum fee of R 48.00 will be charged for any ATM transfer and a minimum of R 48.00 will be charged for any cheque payment. These fees may be adjusted by Pretor from time to time.
3.4 Should Pretor so require, the Tenant shall be obliged to sign a debit order in favour of Pretor Group.
Payment of Rental. The Rental is payable in advance on the first day of the Term (or the first day of each month if month-to-month). Owner shall be assessed a late payment fee of $50.00 for (a) any payment of Rental not timely received and (b) for any returned check. The Rental shall be payable at such address and in such manner as Xxxxxx xxx from time to time reasonably direct.
Payment of Rental. Tenant covenants and agrees to pay the rental herein reserved and each installment thereof promptly when and as due, without setoff or deduction whatsoever. Tenant further agrees that it will not prepay rent more than one (1) month in advance without Landlord's prior written consent.

If Tenant shall fail to pay any Rental within seven (7) days after the same is due, in addition to interest thereon until paid at the Default Rate, Tenant shall be obligated to pay a late payment charge equal to the greater of One Hundred and No/100 ($100.00) Dollars or ten (10%) percent of any Rental payment not paid when due to reimburse Landlord for its additional administrative costs. In addition, any Rental which is not paid within seven (7) days after the same is due shall bear interest at the Default Rate from the first day due until paid. Any Additional Rental which shall become due shall be payable, unless otherwise provided herein, with the next installment of Base Rental. Rental and statements required of Tenant shall be paid and delivered to Landlord at the address of Landlord as set forth herein between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday or at such other place and reasonable time as Landlord may, from time to time, designate in a notice to Tenant. Any payment by Tenant or acceptance by Landlord of a lesser amount than shall be due from Tenant to Landlord shall be treated as a payment on account and shall not be treated as an accord and satisfaction. The acceptance by Landlord of a check for a lesser amount with an endorsement or statement thereon or upon any letter accompanying such check that such lesser amount is payment in full shall be given no effect, and Landlord may accept such check without prejudice to any other rights or remedies which Landlord may then or thereafter have against Tenant.
Payment of Rental. If this Lease does not specify a due date with respect to any sum payable by Tenant hereunder, such sum shall be due twenty (20) calendar days after written demand for such payment is given to Tenant.
